1. Terms of Website Use

By accessing or using the IHRPDA website (ihrpda.org), you agree to comply with all applicable laws and respect the peaceful, humanitarian purpose of our association. Content published on this website is for informational, educational and charitable purposes.

2. Donation Policy & Verification Process

All donations made to IHRPDA are voluntary contributions towards humanitarian aid, legal rights defense, peacebuilding and educational upliftment.

• Manual Verification Process: Submitting a transaction reference (UTR) logs the donation as Pending Verification. Receipt generation and campaign fund allocations occur only after our accounts department verifies the incoming credit with our banker.
• Tax Exemption Claims: IHRPDA will not claim or issue 80G, 12A, CSR eligibility or FCRA tax deductions unless verified and up-to-date statutory registration certificates have been issued by the competent authorities.
• Receipt Generation: Once verified, an official digitally generated receipt will be delivered to the donor's registered email address.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

As a non-profit humanitarian association, donations once verified and disbursed to field programs are generally non-refundable. However, we consider genuine refund requests under the following conditions:

• Technical Error / Duplicate Debit: If an unintended double payment occurred due to banking network latency, notify us within 7 days with the banking debit statement.
• Discrepancy in Donation Amount: If an erroneous figure was entered inadvertently, please submit a written request within 48 hours of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source bank account or UPI handle within 7–10 working business days. For refund requests, write directly to donations@ihrpda.org with your transaction reference number.
